Two reasons they're amazing.
(Doing this for Cordelia almost feels redundant.)
1. SHOPPING IN THE CAPITAL.
2. Just the entire way she looks at the world and analyzes it and causes everyone around her to look at it differently.
Three facts about them from my personal fanon.
1. Cordelia never really fit in on Beta. Too wild when pushed. As debauched as Beta appears, it's very orderly in its own way, and she's...good at creating order, but not terribly good at living in it, I think. That was one of the draws for Survey for her.
2. Spoilers for Cryoburn: [After Aral died, Cordelia will go on adventures. Although Vicereine of Sergyar's a good role for her so I'm not sure, but. God I want a post-Cryoburn Cordelia adventure book so badly.]
3. Cordelia was possibly the most effective political wife ever in terms of supporting education and health. Would you want to argue with her?

Two reasons they're amazing.
1. He's a demon cannibal AI who still tries to be happy, despite everything.
2. He's a fascinating mixture of immaturity and maturity and philosophy and just having fun.
Five things that I'd like to see happen to them. All these things pretty much have to be in the next life since lol DDS.
1. I actually totally want him to meet o'Brian's incarnation and for them to become bff.
2. Him trying to copy Gale's homework.
3. Embryon beach trip for real.
4. Some dealing with the fact that he was a lab rat in his past life and probably remembers bits and pieces like the rest.
5. Basically an entire lifetime of adorable Embryon antics.
