I can be quite lazy when it comes to preparing food, so I end up reading over things like this and going "agh, too much effort," but I have to say that fresh salad mix (preferably the veggie lovers variation) with balsamic vinaigrette is a favorite of mine. I like the b.v. made by Panera. Lately I've been adding sliced white mushrooms on top.
