*nods* I think it's been obvious for a while that ethical considerations only move a very small number of people from any product or service. And even blatant censorship doesn't move that many, not once the critical energy has been siphoned off into another project (eg AO3). Taking away significant functionality from paying customers, however, that's business kryptonite.
